Cancellation Policy

Guarantee for Our Guests
In case of cancellation before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay will never be charged.

Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Arrival
If the cancellation occurs up to 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be retained as credit and can be used for a stay during the current or the following season, ensuring maximum flexibility in rescheduling your trip.

Cancellations Within 7 Days Before Arrival
If the cancellation occurs within 7 days before arrival:
- If a deposit has already been paid by bank transfer, the amount will not be refunded.
- If no deposit has been paid (because, exceptionally, it was not required by us), a payment of 30% of the total stay amount will be requested.

Early Departure
In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee ranging from a minimum of 3 nights after the departure date up to a maximum of the total booked stay.
